Do you have sizing information?

We have added a size charts link to each product page that contains a product with sizing. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Because sizing and cut may vary, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size please contact us at info@grandflavour.com.

How should I care for my products?

To fully enjoy your new products, make sure you read the item's label and follow the care instructions.

How do I find an item?

Use our online search tool to locate the product. Simply enter all or part of the product name in the search field in the top section of the website and hit the search button.

How do I change my account information?

Log in to your account by clicking on the My Account tab located in the top right hand corner of any page's navigation bar.

  1. Enter your email address and password
  2. Click on the "Continue" button
  3. You will now be logged into your account
  4. Click on the "Your account details" button in the right column
  5. Update your new information
  6. Click on the "Update my details" button

What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, we can email it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar
  2. Directly under the password field is a link that says "Forgot your password?". You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address
  3. Type your email address and click the "Continue". We will send an email varifing that you have requested a forgotten password that will contain a link which you need to click. This will take you back to the website and send you another email with a new random password.
  4. If you would like to change your password, log into your account by clicking "My Account", then click on the "Your Account Details" and then choose a new password and then press the "Update My Details" button.

Please note: your password is case-sensitive.

All information about you is kept confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented, and we will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your explicit approval, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale of all or substantially all of grandflavour.com's assets.

Sometimes, we will run a promotion or contest in conjunction with a third party. We may ask your permission to give that third party access to your name, address, and email address. You can opt out of this kind of offer at any time by emailing us.

Ordering FAQ

How do I make purchases on Grandflavour.com?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "View cart" button on the menu bar at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button located on the popup window when an item is added to the cart.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "Update Quantity" after all quantity adjustments have been made. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will have the option to click on "register" to sign-up for a new account or purchase as a guest. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

Please note that an email address is required for all orders placed on Grandflavour.com. You will then be instructed through the steps of adding shipping details, billing information and choosing a payment method. Once the order is reviewed and completed, an order number will be issued on the screen. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your email address straight after the order is finalised.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Grandflavour.com is proud to accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept cash, cheques or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

Is it safe to use my credit card on Grandflavour.com?

Yes, shopping at Grandflavour.com is safe. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you and Grandflavour.com ever see it. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company, many of which now provide online guarantee.

Can I order by phone, email or fax?

To protect your security, we do accept orders via phone and email but not by fax. To place an order please use the shopping cart on our website - our friendly staff will be happy to help you out.

How do I use a promotional code?

To use the promotional code you have to enter it into the checkout of your order. After you have finished shopping, proceed to view your cart. In the right column there is a section called "Coupon Code". Enter your Promo Code into this section and Click Go. The discount will then be applied to your order and you can then Proceed to Checkout.
Please note: Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

What do I do if my recipient does not receive their Gift Certificate?

First, get them to check that it is not in Junk Mail Folder of their email address. If it cannot be found, please contact our Customer Service Department and we can resend the email.

What currency are Grandflavour.com prices displayed in?

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

 

Shipping FAQ

How do I know my order is shipped?

Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are personally folded and enclosed safely in a satchel/box with your personal invoice.

When your order has been sent we will change the status of your order from pending to shipped or completed which will send you a notification email.

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do ship internationally. We use Australia post International for all destinations. Just email us at info@grandflavour.com and we can help for countries not listed.

Will my order incur customs charges?

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Grandflavour.com do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.

What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

The first thing to do is contact grandflavour.com and quote your transaction ID number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. We will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact info@grandflavour.com if you have any queries on this.
