Australian Returns Policy

Ordering is Easy & Risk Free!

Grandflavour.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or credit*. We will also ship your exchange request back to you, for Free!
*Refunds not applicable on sale or promotional items.

Returns Process

If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Contact us via email letting us know the problem so we can assess it and either exchange or refund your items.
  2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or bag. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
  3. Please ensure your name address phone number and instructions are clearly indicated and send to the address below:

  4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the address provided. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as grandflavour.com is not liable for lost return parcels.
  5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
  6. Grandflavour.com will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product via Australian Air Express ATL.
Our 'Change of Mind' Policy

Grandflavour.com is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price or gift certificates on items or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

However under our own Grandflavour.com ‘change of mind’ policy, if you simply change your mind we do offer an exchange of your product value equivalent to the purchase price for most full price items provided that:

  1. you return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
  2. the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
  3. all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
  4. you provide a Grandflavour.com register receipt as proof of purchase.
Our Customers' Right to a Refund of Purchase Price

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Our policy under these circumstances is:

You (the customer) are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from grandflavour.com if the item is:

  1. Faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
  2. Not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
  3. Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
  4. and you return the item within the required time after purchase and provide grandflavour.com with proof of purchase, such as your grandflavour.com register receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you may still be in the time frame to receive an exchange.

Grandflavour.com reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item for another product of equivalent value to the item, grandflavour.com is happy to do this for you.

Return Terms and Conditions

Grandflavour.com returns department operates Monday-Friday. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. We will inform you by email when your transaction is being processed.

Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at the warehouse. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.

Grandflavour.com cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return goods, they must be returned to grandflavour.com in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the goods be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.

Promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If you are wanting to use a promo code, please place a new order through the website.

International Exchange Shipping

International exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee. By returning your goods for exchange, you are agreeing to payment of these charges. This charge will appear on your exchange invoice.
