Australian Air Express (Express Courier) - Authority to Leave

Australian Air Express orders placed in Metro areas will be received between 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. Australian Air Express is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, Grand Flavour will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If this method is chosen and your parcel is stolen, Grand Flavour cannot be held accountable. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend choosing Attempted Delivery Advice or ADA (signature required). Australian Air Express cannot be delivered to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with ADA. We do not ship to PO BOX address's.

For further info, please contact info@grandflavour.com grandflavour.com reserves the right to change the shipping method of an order if these guidelines are not met. We will send you a tracking number for the new carrier in this case.

All orders will be received within 10-15 business days for Air Mail or between 3-6 business days for Express Freight depending on your location. Air Mail is a non-trackable service. All shipping subject to weight & volume. Some items may be charged at a different rate. Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Grand Flavour do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Orders will be shipped via Air Mail which is non-trackable or Express Frieght. All shipping is subject to weight and volume. Some bulky orders may be charged at a different rate and may be shipped via another carrier if required.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Grand Flavour cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Grand Flavour will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
